The Via XIX enters in the municipality of O Pino through the parish of Pereira, from Loureda (Boqueixón) and passes very close to the parish church of San Miguel de Pereira. Leaving behind this parish, the road follows by Alvarín to then pass through a detour to Alvite, and continue straight ahead along the road until reaching the N-547 at the height of the Amenal.

At this junction is necessary to turn left to continue along the national road. Shortly after an intersection on the right is towards Castrofeito, where is there to go. We continue until you find a confluence of roads and take left. It goes through several detours to both sides until you reach Pazo.

It crosses O Pazo, and continues until the fork that is under a power line, where you turn left.

Shortly after is a road to the right towards Rial, but continues to the left until you pass another detour on the left which is ignored. We continue walking, approaching to the N-634. A little later can be seen the parish church of Santa María de Castrofeito,in Pazo. We continue until you reach the House of the Judge.

We follow and is another junction, which is should turn left to learn about the archaeological deposit of Agra de Santiso, where they found remains of the Roman Road, two altars and a funerary Stela. We follow and at the first intersection right, turn and flow into the N-634. We have to walk very little, to another road on the right that leads to the main road. Once in it, we continue straight until, at an intersection, we can see the chapel of Santiso. Next to it is a signaling of direction of semi-cylindrical via.

From here we continue straight along the road where the chapel is situated. A little later another junction, where we will turn right, just before the bridge that crosses the national, will take on the left. Later the Robleda Sanatorium meets the national road at another intersection, where it is on the left.

The route continues along the path that is to the left of the road in which later is a crossroad both the two sides of the national, indicating Budiño and Pedrouzo. Keep walking straight, and at that point the asphalt road ends and a dirt road replaces it. We continue and after 300 metres the road is finished.

We crosse the N-634 and then there is an indication to Rabal, where he dies the way. From that point a short stretch for the national must be followed and then again turn right by a small paved stretch which then turns into a dirt road.
We continue along the path to the right, ignored a detour to the right address at Pedrouzo, and here, outside a house, it seems that the road ends, but we must go to the right, bordering the house behind.

We get on a path that will cross the Mera River, passing by Ponte Puñide. This place was a Roman settlement, as a matter of official station, we found several objects of the time as a modium and a bronze figure, as well as a sestertius, and a tegula. In this place there is again an interpretative table of the Via XIX.

We continue along the path to the right and passes a detour left to Vilar, where just this way. Then we have to follow along a stretch of road and reappears a road, up to indication to the left to Lameiro. At this point there to go back to the N-634 until again shows the way. After is approaching the junction of Gonzar, where we take the second road on the right.
Further on is an intersection where there is to take the path to the right. It goes down and appears another crossing and a detour to the right. It is still in front, between two houses. At the next crossroads turn left.

Keep walking, and at the next intersection, take left. Passing Amarelle, is a stop sign, where you take on the right. Ignored the dirt road that appears to the left and take the next turning left, which leads to a farm. Before arriving at the farm turn right, just before a private property, to follow the path of Earth.

We continue on this road until it intersects the road. At this point turn right and at the next intersection on the left. It follows a straight stretch and there are some houses entering in Cimadevilla. Passing these houses another crossing, see also unpaved and the road continues straight. It continues and is a livestock farm on the left and, at the same height, a path that gets right. From here the road continues through the bordering Council of Arzúa.
